Application
We are starting to plan for the 4th Annual Fall into Christmas Vendor & Craft Fair that will be on November 02, 2024. If you would like to be a part of this year's event, please complete the vendor application here below.
A completed application form with payment must be received prior to October 12, 2024 before a space can be assigned.
Booth Fees:
10' x 10' Single Booth Fee - $65
20' x' 20' Double Booth Fee - $120
10' x 10' Single Booth Fee w/ electricity - $75
20' x' 20' Double Booth Fee w/ electricity - $140
Commercial Food Vendor Free

History
The Fall into Christmas Vendor & Craft Fair was established in 2021 with a heartfelt mission: to raise funds to support youth in our community. What began as a modest endeavor has quickly grown into a beloved annual tradition, attracting talented crafters and enthusiastic shoppers from near and far.
2021: The Beginning
Our inaugural event took place at Woodland Hills Christian Church in Abingdon. With a handful of dedicated vendors and a supportive local community, we set out to make a difference. The response was overwhelming, and it was clear that there was a significant demand for such a festive and charitable event. The funds raised during our first year provided support for various youth programs, and the success of the event inspired us to aim even higher.
2022: A New Home
Recognizing the need for a larger venue to accommodate our growing number of participants and visitors, we moved the craft fair to the SWVA Higher Education Center in 2022. This new location offered ample space for more vendors and attendees, allowing us to expand our reach and impact. The move proved to be a significant milestone, and the event's popularity soared.
2023 and Beyond
Each year, the Fall into Christmas Vendor & Craft Fair has continued to grow, attracting a diverse array of crafters and a larger audience eager to find unique holiday gifts. The funds raised have consistently supported vital youth programs, making a tangible difference in the lives of young people in our community.
Our Mission
At the heart of the Fall into Christmas Craft Fair is a commitment to our community's youth. The proceeds from the fair help fund educational initiatives, recreational activities, and support services that empower our young people to thrive.
As we prepare for the 4th Annual Fall into Christmas Craft Fair in 2024, we look forward to another successful event that brings joy to our community and continues our mission of supporting youth.
